Jamaica Kali Mandir was established in 2010 in New York as a relatively new organization to serve the religious needs of Hindus in America. The temple is open daily for devotees. Like Durga Puja in London, they organize almost all popular Hindu festivals.
Regular pujas are held daily and events are held every month that celebrate major Hindu festivals. Their ultimate goal is to make the next generation aware of their culture. And with that, to inform the new generation that Hinduism is the original Sanatan religion.
Durga Puja has been celebrated here since ancient times. Cultural programs are organized on the three main days of Saptami, Ashtami and Navami. Musical guests, both local and Indian put on an outstanding performance to entertain the members and the audience. Refreshments are distributed in the afternoon and evening. All rituals are performed properly.

আদিকাল থেকেই এখানে দুর্গাপূজা উদযাপন হয়ে আসছে। সপ্তমী, অষ্টমী ও নবমীর তিনটি প্রধান দিনে সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়। বাদ্যযন্ত্র অতিথি, স্থানীয় এবং ভারতীয় উভয়ই সদস্য এবং দর্শকদের মনোরঞ্জনের জন্য অসামান্য পরিবেশনা করেন। দুপুরে ও সন্ধ্যায় ভোগ বিতরণ করা হয়। সমস্ত আচার-অনুষ্ঠান সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়।
