পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্কুল শিক্ষা বিভাগ 2024 সালে 1 থেকে 12 শ্রেণী পর্যন্ত শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য 2023 সালের মতো ব্যক্তিগতকৃত গ্রীষ্মকালীন প্রকল্পগুলি ডিজাইন করার পরিকল্পনা করেছে, তাদের আগ্রহ এবং স্তর বিবেচনা করে এবং জ্ঞানকে আরও গভীর করার জন্য স্কুলের পাঠ্যক্রমের চারপাশে প্রকল্পগুলিকে ধারণা করা।

Local Visit
●
HOI will identify possible Institutes/Centres/ Places of importance where students can visit.
●
HOI and nodal teacher will coordinate and communicate with the institutes/centres.
●
Location should be preferably within 3 km from the school.
●
Students will write a report based on what they observed and something that they have learned through the visit.
At Home Project
●
List of suggested topics by SCERT; Schools may modify the list as needed
●
Selection and assignment of topics may be done by the respective HOI / Class teachers
●
A Teacher Support Manual will be shared with a brief description for each item mentioned in the list of topics

Roles & Responsibilities
Schools level –HOI/Teachers
1.
Shall undertake necessary sensitization initiative with students / guardians regarding the summer project
2.
Shall identify summer project topic for each class using the suggestive list of project topics prepared by the SCERT. Consult the Teacher Support Manual regarding project implementation. May also take up any other suitable topic, outside the provided list, as they deem fit.
3.
Shall decide on mode of project implementation –
a.
whether to include visit to a site or only home project work
b.
whether the project shall be done by the students individually or in groups
4.
Shall identify and liaison with local institutes, within 3 KM from school, if visits are to be conducted.
5.
Shall share their plan and subsequent monitoring report with the Block / Sub-division Level Committee
6.
Shall assign summer projects to students before commencement of summer vacation in schools.
7.
Shall keep the Block / Sub-division Level Committee appraised of the planned visits with all necessary details
8.
Shall supervise such visits and undertake all necessary steps to ensure safety and security of visiting school children with special reference to the CWSN.
9.
Shall undertake necessary assessment of the projects submitted by the students
10.
Shall maintain all relevant records regarding the summer project in their schools and good documentation
স্কুল স্তর -HOI/শিক্ষক
1.
গ্রীষ্মকালীন প্রকল্পের বিষয়ে ছাত্র/অভিভাবকদের সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় সংবেদনশীলতার উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করবে
2.
SCERT দ্বারা প্রস্তুত করা প্রকল্পের বিষয়গুলির প্রস্তাবিত তালিকা ব্যবহার করে প্রতিটি শ্রেণীর জন্য গ্রীষ্মকালীন প্রকল্পের বিষয় চিহ্নিত করবে। প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নের বিষয়ে শিক্ষক সহায়তা ম্যানুয়ালটির সাথে পরামর্শ করুন। প্রদত্ত তালিকার বাইরে অন্য কোনো উপযুক্ত বিষয়ও নিতে পারে, যেমনটি তারা উপযুক্ত মনে করে।

স্কুল থেকে 3 কিলোমিটারের মধ্যে স্থানীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে পরিচিতি এবং যোগাযোগ করতে হবে, যদি পরিদর্শন পরিচালনা করতে হয়।

ব্লক/সাব-ডিভিশন লেভেল কমিটির সাথে তাদের পরিকল্পনা এবং পরবর্তী পর্যবেক্ষণ রিপোর্ট শেয়ার করবে
6.
স্কুলে গ্রীষ্মকালীন ছুটি শুরু হওয়ার আগে শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্রীষ্মকালীন প্রকল্পগুলি বরাদ্দ করা হবে।
7.
ব্লক/সাব-ডিভিশন লেভেল কমিটিকে সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় বিবরণ সহ পরিকল্পিত সফরের মূল্যায়ন করা হবে।
8.
এই ধরনের পরিদর্শন তত্ত্বাবধান করবে এবং CWSN-এর বিশেষ রেফারেন্স সহ পরিদর্শনকারী স্কুল শিশুদের নিরাপত্তা ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করবে।

Review and Reporting at the school level
The teachers are required to review the projects submitted by the students (individually or group-wise).
Suggestive criteria for review:
● Innovative and Critical thinking
● Technical learning
● Presentations skills
● Active participation
● Empathy and cooperation
The school will display all innovative projects within school premises and is also encouraged to share a few good projects with the District Officials.

Review and Reporting at the school level
The HOI may be requested to share their experiences to the districts on the students’ participation in the
summer projects on the following suggestive areas, if possible:
● Number of students that participated in activities
● Topics/ Activities undertaken as a part of the summer project
● Any special/innovative initiatives taken by the school
● Positive outcomes observed
● Life skills that the students were exposed to while carrying out the activities and the projects
Districts to devise a tool/method to collect such information from the HOIs and share to the State as and when asked to.

জেলাগুলি HOIs থেকে এই ধরনের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করার জন্য একটি টুল/পদ্ধতি তৈরি করবে এবং যখন বলা হবে রাজ্যের সাথে শেয়ার করবে।
Sharing and Reporting at district level
The districts may share their best projects from each level with the State. The best projects may be shortlisted along the following areas:
● Creativity and innovation
● Presentation
● Applications with respect to classroom learning
● Photos/ videos shared must be clearly labeled:
○ Name of school
○ Topic of project
○ Photos of the summer project
○ Innovative factor of the project
○ Learnings demonstrated in the project
● At the most 5-10 projects on diverse types of topics may be shared with the State after thoroughly scrutinizing them at their level.
● One ‘Best Projects’ folder to be devised by the state and shared with the district soon.
The Districts shall collect and report to the State the following information:
● Number of schools, level wise, that conducted summer projects in their district
● Class wise number of boys and girls that participated in summer project A ‘Monitoring’ Google Sheet will be shared by the State for the same.

○ গ্রীষ্মকালীন প্রকল্পের ছবি
○ প্রকল্পের উদ্ভাবনী ফ্যাক্টর
○ শেখা প্রকল্পে প্রদর্শিত হয়েছে
● বিভিন্ন ধরণের বিষয়ে সর্বাধিক 5-10টি প্রকল্প তাদের স্তরে পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে যাচাই করার পরে রাজ্যের সাথে ভাগ করা যেতে পারে।
● একটি 'সেরা প্রকল্প' ফোল্ডার রাজ্য দ্বারা তৈরি করা হবে এবং শীঘ্রই জেলার সাথে ভাগ করা হবে৷
জেলাগুলি নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করবে এবং রাজ্যকে রিপোর্ট করবে:
