NOTIFICATION
Attention: All Heads of Higher Secondary Institutions, students of H.S. Examination, 2023, and all other concerned
The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) hereby notifies all the concerned parties that the application for online Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) and Post Publication Review (PPR) of answer scripts of H.S. Examination, 2023 will be accepted from 31.05.2023 midnight to 15.06.2023 midnight. The application process will take place through the online portal of the Council, which can be accessed at https://wbchse.wb.gov.in/. Candidates who have appeared for the H.S. Examination 2023 may apply for PPS/PPR of their answer scripts within this specified time limit. The rules and user manual for PPS/PPR are attached herewith for ready reference.
In this context, the students are advised not to apply for PPS/PPR and certified copies of answer scripts simultaneously under the RTI Act before publishing the result of PPS/PPR. Applying for both simultaneously can lead to complications and delays in the publication of the PPS/PPR result.

Rules for Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) / Post Publication Review (PPR) of answer script of Higher Secondary Examination 2023
A candidate who has appeared for the H.S. Examination 2023 may apply for PPS / PPR of his/her answer script(s) within 15 days from the date of publication of the result of H.S. Examination, 2023, along with the requisite fee. However, the candidate must first register themselves on the student portal of the Council's website at any time by visiting the Council Website: https://wbchse.wb.gov.in/.
Application for PPS / PPR of answer scripts will only be accepted through the online mode. There will be no other option to submit the PPS/PPR application.
The candidate will have to submit the Roll No and Mark Sheet No for the submission of the online application.
The application fee for PPR is Rs. 150/- (One hundred and fifty only) for each subject. The application fee for PPS is Rs. 100/- (One hundred only) for each subject.
The application for PPR/PPS shall be restricted to theoretical papers only. The applicant may seek PPS in all subjects.
The application for PPR may be made in subject(s) for which PPS is not sought.
The application for PPR may be made for a maximum of 02 subjects, provided that the (theory) marks obtained in the subject(s) for which PPR is sought cannot be less than 20% for Regular & Continuing candidates.
A failed candidate (Regular & Continuing) may seek PPR provided he/she obtains at least Grade C in two compulsory subjects (Language or Elective).
A special candidate may seek PPR in one subject only provided the theory marks in the subject are 20% or above.
A Regular & Continuing passed candidate may seek PPR provided that he/she has obtained a higher grade in the other 03 subjects than the grade obtained in the subject(s) for which PPR is sought. For PPR in optional elective subjects, the candidate must have obtained a 'Grade F' in the said optional elective subject.
A candidate (Regular & Continuing) with overall consistency in the result reflecting the same grade, i.e., O or A+ or A or B+ or B or C or P in all the subjects, including the optional elective subject, shall not be eligible to seek PPR.
The Council shall summarily reject an incomplete or incorrect application for PPR/PPS, and no inquiry or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
No application for PPR/PPS shall be entertained beyond the specified period under any circumstances.
Candidates may check the result of PPS/PPR from the Council's website. The revised mark sheet/certificate (if any) must be collected from the concerned Regional Office of the Council by the school, by surrendering the previous one. Subsequently, the school will hand over the revised mark sheet/certificate to the concerned candidate, maintaining the records.
Candidates applying for PPS/PPR shall have to accept the result of Post Publication Scrutiny/Post Publication Review, as the case may be.
Any matter not described herein shall be solely decided by the Council, and the decision of the Council will be final.
Please adhere to these rules and guidelines for the online Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) and Post Publication Review (PPR) of answer scripts for the H.S. Examination 2023. The application window will be open from 31.05.2023 midnight to 15.06.2023 midnight through the Council's online portal at https://wbchse.wb.gov.in/. প্রত্যয়িত অনুলিপির জন্য আবেদন না করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে কারণ এটি PPS-এর
ফলাফল প্রকাশে জটিলতা এবং বিলম্বের কারণ হবে। /পিপিআর।
নিয়ম

2023 সালের এইচএস পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করেছেন তিনি প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সহ 2023 সালের এইচএস পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশের তারিখ
থেকে 15 দিনের মধ্যে তার/তার
উত্তর-লিপির পিপিএস/পিপিআর -এর জন্য আবেদন
করতে পারেন। ফি _ যাহোক, দ্য প্রার্থী আছে প্রতি প্রথম

PPR- এর জন্য আবেদন
করা যেতে পারে সর্বাধিক 02টি বিষয়ের জন্য
, তবে শর্ত থাকে যে যে বিষয়গুলির জন্য PPR
চাওয়া হয়েছে তাতে প্রাপ্ত (তত্ত্ব) নম্বরগুলি নিয়মিত এবং অব্যাহত
প্রার্থীদের জন্য 20% এর কম হতে পারে না।

একজন ব্যর্থ
প্রার্থী (নিয়মিত এবং অব্যাহত) চাইতে পারেন PPR প্রদান করে যে সে দুটি বাধ্যতামূলক
বিষয়ে (ভাষা বা ইলেকটিভ) কমপক্ষে সি
গ্রেড পেয়েছে।

ক প্রার্থী (নিয়মিত এবং অব্যাহত) ফলাফল প্রতিফলিত সামগ্রিক ধারাবাহিকতা
সঙ্গে দ্য একই গ্রেড যেমন O বা A+ বা ক বা বি+ বা খ বা গ বা পৃ ভিতরে সব দ্য বিষয় সহ ঐচ্ছিক নির্বাচনী বিষয় হবে না থাকা যোগ্য পিপিআর চাইতে ।
12) একটি অসম্পূর্ণ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আবেদন জন্য পিপিআর/পিপিএস হবে সংক্ষেপে থাকা প্রত্যাখ্যাত দ্বারা দ্য পরিষদ
এবং এই বিষয়ে কোনো জিজ্ঞাসা বা চিঠিপত্র গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
13)
না আবেদন জন্য পিপিআর/পিপিএস হবে থাকা বিনোদন তার
পরেও দ্য নির্দিষ্ট করা সময়কাল অধীন যেকোনো
পরিস্থিতিতে
14)
কাউন্সিলের
ওয়েবসাইট থেকে পিপিএস/পিপিআর ফলাফল
দেখতে পারেন । সংশোধিত মার্কশিট/শংসাপত্র (যদি থাকে) আছে প্রতি থাকা সংগৃহীত থেকে দ্য উদ্বিগ্ন
আঞ্ছলিক অফিস এর দ্য পরিষদ দ্বারা দ্য বিদ্যালয় দ্বারা পূর্বের
আত্মসমর্পণ তদনুসারে, স্কুল রেকর্ড বজায় রেখে সংশোধিত মার্কশিট/শংসাপত্র
সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রার্থীকে হস্তান্তর করবে।
15) প্রার্থী আবেদন জন্য পিপিএস/পিপিআর হবে আছে প্রতি গ্রহণ দ্য ফলাফল এর পোস্ট প্রকাশনা স্ক্রুটিনি / পোস্ট প্রকাশনা পুনঃমূল্যায়ন হিসাবে দ্য মামলা হতে পারে থাকা.
16)
যে কোন ব্যাপার
যা হয় না বর্ণিত এখানে প্রতি থাকা এককভাবে সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে দ্বারা দ্য পরিষদ এবং দ্য সিদ্ধান্ত এর কাউন্সিল
চূড়ান্ত হবে.
